Guarantee Policy - Plants
All landscape sized woody plants (trees and shrubs) planted by Kent Greenhouse are guaranteed for two years provided they receive proper care during that time. We guarantee a one-time free replacement of plants with the same variety and specification or with a substitution of equal value when substitutions are horticulturally necessary or requested by the owner. Our guarantee covers death or decline due to incorrect landscaping methods, or poor performance of nursery stock. Our guarantee does not include mechanical injury, deer browse, girdling or similar damage from animals, pest infestation and disease which develop at the site, failure due to drought, or exposures to extreme temperatures outside the USDA hardiness zones specified for the site. Plants purchased at discount prices are not guaranteed over their purchase price. There is no guarantee on containerized plants smaller than 7 gallon.
  

Guarantee Policy- Construction
All permanent structures fabricated, built and installed by Kent Greenhouse are guaranteed to meet specified construction standards, the use of suitable materials, and proper construction and installation methods. Our guarantee does not cover the cost of new materials, equipment use & labor required for any necessary repair or additional equipment use & labor required to revise the design, specification, or scope of the work.

There is no guarantee against wear on surface finishes (paints, stains, metal finish, drive coatings, and the like). There is no guarantee beyond the manufacturer's warrantee on parts or products built, fabricated or manufactured by others. Irrigation parts and systems are not guaranteed. There is no guarantee against drought stress or decline on plants irrigated by systems we have installed or serviced. 

This guarantee is void on accounts not paid within 30 days.
